Many will recall that the James Residence, aka the Copper Cottage, was saved from the wrecking ball and moved from 336 E 9th to 532 E 10th in the spring of 2020. Owners Tony Dean and Yvonne Perrault recently shared a video tour of the house one year on. Hats off to them for giving this lovely home a new lease on life. The next step will be to renovate the house that was already on the lot at 532 E 10th and which has become the coach house to the Copper Cottage.
