- Infill house will be built below the heritage house 
 
- Vinson House (1425 Gordon Ave) - Heritage house moved to the rear of the property 
- Two detached strata units built to the side of the heritage home, 
- Benefit: Higher density on lot (0.59 FSR) 
 
City of North Vancouver HRAs
- Haswell Residence (910 Grand Boulevard) - Proposal to move heritage house forward and subdivide from 2 lots into 3 lots with 2 new houses on the 2 new lots. 
- Benefit: 3 lots instead of 2 lots, higher density 
- This project is currently under review. 
 
- Harrison Residence (346 East 5th) - New in-fill building was built behind the heritage home 
- Benefit: A larger floor area, parking exemptions and stratification of the lot 
 
District of North Vancouver HRAs
- Chesterfield Boys’ School (3371 Chesterfield) - Boy’s school converted into 12 apartment units 
- Two new homes built on the property. 
- Benefit: Higher density 
 
- Green Gables House (114 West Windsor) - 2 legal lots divided into 4 lots 
- Heritage home moved to south-east lot 
- 3 new homes built
