The Vance Residence, located at 1-620 West 15th Street, North Vancouver, is a two-and-one-half storey plus basement Edwardian era wood-frame house, located at the end of a cul-de-sac adjacent to a ravine. Since 1989 this CNV Municipally Designated Heritage site, Register Ranking "A", heritage house has been part of an adult oriented, 19 + age requirement, complex of four townhouses plus the Vance Residence and was the first building in the City of North Vancouver to receive designation as a heritage site.
