A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 regarding a proposed Heritage Revitalization Agreement (HRA) for the Rush house, located at 1195 12th Street, West Vancouver.

The proposed HRA would "enable infill development of the property (total 4 strata units) as an incentive for ongoing legal protection (Heritage Designation) of the Rush House to be retained on the lot."
