A public hearing will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017, regarding 736 East 3rd Street, North Vancouver. The long-term owner of this Heritage-A ranked heritage home, proposes to build an infill townhome at the rear of the existing home and in return, will designate the home as heritage, thus providing for the long term protection of the home. Jennifer Clay of North Shore Heritage will be attending this meeting and supporting the proposed HRA.  The hearing will begin at 6:30 PM if you wish to attend to hear more and/or speak at the Public Hearing.
